Our new barn conversion, the name coming from its last farm use. Sleeping four plus a cot with one double room and one twin room. Modern bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Up and downstairs toilets.
The luxury kitchen offers views over rolling hills where the morning sun has direct access through the large windows looking out onto the spacious patio with garden furniture. Cosy lounge with extensive views through french doors leading down natural stone steps to a large enclosed lawn and ample parking.
Electricity is included in the price for all cottages (except central heating which is £1 coin metered).
Pets by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages.
All cottages are perfectly suited for out of season and short breaks, offering real country cottage charm.
The Cottages
Woodland Hideaway is a three bedroom cottage which adjoins the owner`s residence overlooking a wooded valley, with views to Dartmoor forty miles away. Excellent for nature lovers & providing the ideal get away from it all location.
Drewstone Arches is a detached barn conversion with striking character. Upstairs lounge and kitchen to maximise outstanding views.
